Most offices and multi-tenant buildings are cleaned nightly or several times a week, with periodic deep cleans, carpet cleaning and floor refinishing on a schedule. Lower-traffic spaces may need less. The walkthrough is where we settle the right frequency for each area.
Do you provide after-hours and overnight cleaning?
Yes. Impact operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Most office cleaning happens after hours or overnight, and day porters are available where daytime coverage makes sense.
Can the cleaning schedule be customized?
Yes. Scope and frequency are written for each property and adjusted as occupancy changes. Seasonal work such as window cleaning or floor refinishing is scheduled around your calendar.
