Impact starts with a walkthrough of your floor plate. We note traffic patterns, shared equipment, glass and partitions, kitchen and washroom counts, and the hours people are actually in. From that we write a scope that says what is cleaned, how often and when, so there is never a question about what the team is there to do.

Day porter, after hours, or both
The schedule matches your hours. After-hours teams work once staff leave; day porters cover washrooms, kitchens and reception while the office is open.
A team that knows your floor
The same trained, background-checked cleaners are assigned to your space and briefed on the plan, access rules and site safety. Staff are bonded and insured.
Inspections with OrangeQC
Supervisors score completed work in OrangeQC, an inspection app, so quality is tracked visit to visit. Issues are logged and corrected, and results are available to you.

How often should an office be cleaned?
Most Toronto offices are cleaned nightly or several times a week, with washrooms and kitchens on every visit and periodic work such as carpet cleaning and floor refinishing on a schedule. Hybrid offices with lower daily headcount sometimes move to three visits a week. The walkthrough is where frequency is set for each area.
Do you clean during business hours or after hours?
Either. After-hours cleaning is the norm for desks and open areas. Day porters are available for washrooms, kitchens and reception during the day. Impact operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so the schedule fits your hours rather than ours.
Who supplies the cleaning products and paper?
Impact supplies the equipment and cleaning products, and can manage washroom and kitchen consumables such as paper towel, tissue and soap as part of the program.
Are your office cleaners vetted?
Yes. Staff are bonded, insured and background-checked, and trained on the health and safety requirements of each site.
How is quality checked?
Supervisors inspect completed work using OrangeQC and score each visit. Impact is also ISSA CIMS-GB certified with honours, which means its management systems are audited by a third party every two years.
