Impact handles interior and exterior glass for commercial properties: storefront and ground-level glazing, mid-rise exteriors, high-rise towers and everything in between, plus frames, sills and tracks. Each job follows the same sequence: assessment, preparation, cleaning, then a final inspection.
Most clients put window cleaning on a recurring schedule, with exteriors done seasonally and interiors more often as part of a cleaning program. One-time cleans for openings, handovers and events are also available.

Preparation

Cleaning
Glass, frames, sills and tracks are cleaned with the method suited to the glazing and the level of soiling.
Inspection and schedule
The crew walks the job and a supervisor signs it off. Recurring work goes on the calendar so exteriors are done seasonally and interiors as often as the building needs.
