Cleaning that keeps a facility safe and moving
In an industrial building, cleaning is part of operations. Clean aisles are safe aisles. Dust kept off racking and beams stays out of product and equipment. Washrooms and lunchrooms that are ready at shift change keep the workforce on time. The job is less about appearance and more about uptime and safety.
Impact scopes industrial work floor by floor and zone by zone: warehouse aisles and staging areas, production-area surrounds, loading docks, staff washrooms and lunchrooms, front offices and yards. Each zone gets its own frequency, from daily sweeping in high-traffic aisles to scheduled scrubbing and periodic shutdown cleans.
Crews work around shifts, not against them. Overnight, between shifts, weekends or during planned shutdowns, whichever keeps production running. Staff are trained on the health and safety requirements of each site before they start.

Each zone gets its own tasks and frequency, from daily aisle sweeping to quarterly high dusting, in one document you approve.
Site safety briefing
Crews are trained on the site's health and safety requirements, PPE and restricted areas before the first visit. Impact is ComplyWorks audited and a ContractorCheck accredited member.
Inspections and adjustment
Supervisors audit zones with OrangeQC. As production, layouts or seasons change, the scope is adjusted with you.

Industrial cleaning FAQs
Can you clean while the facility is operating?
Yes, where the scope allows it. Most industrial cleaning is done between shifts, overnight or on weekends so it does not interrupt production. Zones that must be cleaned while lines run are agreed in the walkthrough with the site's safety rules in mind.
Do your staff follow our site safety rules?
Yes. Crews are trained on each site's health and safety requirements, PPE and restricted areas before they start. Impact's own health and safety and supply-chain policies have been audited through ComplyWorks since 2006, and the company is a ContractorCheck accredited member.
How often should a warehouse floor be cleaned?
High-traffic aisles are usually swept daily and auto-scrubbed on a weekly or bi-weekly cycle; lower-traffic areas less often. Racking and structure are dusted on a longer cycle. The walkthrough sets the frequency by zone.
Do you handle hazardous materials or spills?
Not under this service. Routine floods and water damage are handled by Impact's emergency response. Hazardous-material cleanup is outside the scope of this page; ask and we will direct you to the appropriate Impact Cleaning Services team.
Can one program cover the warehouse and the offices?
Yes. The office side of an industrial building is cleaned under the same program to an office standard, with its own frequency and schedule.
