About our Toronto office cleaning services
Written scope, set frequency, inspected results
A commercial cleaning program is a standing arrangement: a written scope, a set frequency, a dedicated team and regular inspections, for as long as you own or manage the property. This page explains how Impact sets one up, what it covers and how it is priced.
Assessment / 01
Commercial cleaning programs
One-off cleans solve one-off problems. A program solves the ongoing one: keeping a commercial property consistently clean without the manager having to think about it. The scope is agreed once, the schedule repeats, the crew stays the same and the results are inspected on a cycle.
Impact programs cover both the routine and the periodic. Routine work is the nightly or daily visit: washrooms, kitchens, floors, waste, high-touch surfaces. Periodic work is scheduled through the year: carpet extraction, floor stripping and refinishing, window cleaning, high dusting, deep cleaning. Both sit in the same written scope so nothing is forgotten and nothing is billed as a surprise.
Programs scale. A single storefront and a portfolio of office towers run on the same model: walkthrough, scope, team, inspection, adjustment. Multi-site clients get one point of contact and consistent standards across locations.

Scope
Routine and periodic work in one scope. Each item is set to a frequency for your property.
How it runs
Five steps from first call to a running program.
We tour the property with you, note how each area is used and when it is occupied, and learn what the current arrangement gets wrong.
You receive a document listing every area, task and frequency, including periodic work, plus the schedule and pricing. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Bonded, insured, background-checked cleaners are assigned to the property and briefed on the scope, access rules and site safety.
Supervisors audit completed work with OrangeQC. Where Mero sensors are installed, real-time occupancy data shows where effort is needed most.
Occupancy changes, tenants move, seasons turn. Scope and frequency are reviewed with you and adjusted, and one point of contact handles it.
Property types
Office towers and multi-tenant buildings, retail plazas and shopping centres, industrial and warehouse facilities, medical and dental clinics, schools, event venues, hotels and residential common areas. Impact cleans more than 35 million square feet a day across Canada under programs like these.
Frequency and scope differ by property type. A clinic needs washrooms and waiting areas disinfected daily; a warehouse needs floors scrubbed on a cycle and lunchrooms ready for each shift; a retail plaza needs entrances and sidewalks kept presentable through Toronto winters.
Programs are run from Impact's Toronto office on Queens Quay and cover the city and the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Brampton, Pickering, Ajax, Oakville and Burlington. Portfolios that extend to Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton or Vancouver can be covered under the same contract.
Pricing is set per property after the walkthrough. The main factors are square footage, frequency, scope, access hours and the number of locations. Impact does not price from a rate card, so the number reflects your building.

After a walkthrough, based on square footage and layout, frequency, scope (washrooms, kitchens, floors, windows, specialty work), access hours and the number of locations. You receive the price with the written scope so you can see exactly what it covers.
Programs are ongoing arrangements rather than one-time bookings. Terms are agreed during the assessment and set out in the scope document. Ask about the options for your property when you request an assessment.
Yes. Scope and frequency are reviewed as occupancy and needs change, and periodic work is scheduled around your calendar. Changes are documented so the standard stays clear.
Yes. Multi-site portfolios across Toronto, the GTA and other Canadian cities run under one contract with one point of contact and consistent standards.
Report it to your Impact contact. Site teams and supervisors use the Impact App, so issues are routed the same day, and urgent cleanups such as floods are handled 24 hours a day with crews on site in two hours or less.
Tell us about the property or portfolio and what you need covered. We will walk it, write the scope and send a plan with pricing. No obligation.
