Deep cleaning that extends the life of commercial carpet
Commercial carpet is an investment that wears from the inside out. Grit works down into the pile and cuts the fibres every time someone walks over it. Regular vacuuming removes surface soil; periodic deep cleaning removes the embedded grit and restores the pile, which is what makes the carpet last.
Impact matches the method to the carpet and the soiling. Hot-water extraction lifts heavy soil and most stains from the base of the pile. Low-moisture cleaning refreshes lightly soiled areas and traffic lanes between extractions. Spot and stain treatment handles the incidents in between.

Carpet survey
We identify fibre types, backing, age and soiling levels area by area, and note traffic lanes, entrances and known stain problems.
Method and schedule
Hot-water extraction for periodic deep cleans, low-moisture cleaning for interim visits, spotting as needed. Frequencies are set by area and written into the program.
Overnight or weekend work
Crews clean after hours so carpet is ready when the building opens. Furniture is moved or protected and returned.
Inspection
Technicians walk the area after cleaning and supervisors record the result in OrangeQC so recurring problem spots are tracked.

How often should commercial carpet be deep cleaned?
It depends on traffic. Entrances and corridors need attention far more often than a corner meeting room. Most offices schedule periodic hot-water extraction with interim low-moisture cleaning of traffic lanes in between. The carpet survey sets the frequency by area.
What is the difference between hot-water extraction and low-moisture cleaning?
Hot-water extraction injects heated solution into the pile and extracts it with the soil; it is the deep clean. Low-moisture cleaning uses far less water to refresh the surface and traffic lanes between deep cleans. Impact uses both, chosen by the condition of each area.
Are you certified for carpet cleaning?

Can you remove stains?
Most common stains such as coffee, food and ink respond to the right treatment for the fibre. Some set stains and dye changes cannot be fully removed. Technicians assess each stain on site and tell you what to expect before treating it.
Do you move furniture?
Light furniture is moved or protected and returned as part of the service. Arrangements for heavy or fixed furniture are agreed during the survey.
